Have been relying on Fuwell for my IT equipment and accessories for more than 2 decades. Even their price list (like many other shops in Sim Lim Square) has a long history that transition from era to era: it was first only available in print at the shops, then we could download them from hardwarezone website, till today it is readily available anywhere online. While hunting for a replacement NAS, I met Sebastian in Fuwell, a capable staff with a wealth of knowledge on NAS. Sebastian helped me greatly, from troubleshooting my NAS with 2 hard drives, to recommending the most appropriate replacement NAS and hard drives to me. Very thankful for his patience and guidance. Reputable and trustworthy shop recommended to all.

[DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!] Terrible attitude from the skinny old Asian staff - bought a PC from Fuwell 3 years ago and came to get a power supply replacement today as it died on me. Dude was extremely impatient and rude that I felt like I owe him money. I sincerely regret spending thousands of dollars here and referring multiple friends to buy from Fuwell throughout the years. Eventually bought the power supply from another store, and swore that I'll never step in this shop again

Bought a PC from Fuwell recently. Staff were quick and responsive to queries for quotes. Also went the extra mile to collect parts that I want for my build. Ordered and collected the PC the following day. When my PC had USB error that could not be resolved even via windows reinstall, they were quick to help me to troubleshoot. First visit, casing cable was replaced but error returned after 1 day. Upon determining that the fault lies with the casing, they displayed excellent service by offering to compensate for my transport for the 2nd visit and offered a casing upgrade to try and resolve the USB errors. My PC is now working great and I will recommend Fuwell to anyone looking for good service (look for Sebastian, Alex and Ong).

Super honest, ethical and trustworthy shop! I walked in to buy a WIFI adapter without knowing if it will solve the issue. However, the folks at Fuwell took time to understand my situation and advised me that I have made a newbie mistake by not attaching the WIFI adapter that came with the gaming PC that I bought from someone else. In the end, they happily solved my issue without me buying an item from them. This is amazing given that they look genuinely happy despite not earning anything from me. This is unbelievable given the negative publicity surrounding SLS.

Staff “not happy go other place lah” after collecting your cash. Stanley is his name. DONT GET A CUSTOM PC HERE! OR SEND FOR DIAGNOSIS. Recommend not to make purchases here I bought multiple items from them over the years. Graphic card, hard disk drive, SD card and even got a custom PC. After only about 4 months the custom PC had some issue. I send back the PC for a paid diagnostic. Trusting them they will try to find out the root cause. No basic aftercare service. Rude technician named Stanley, told me I can go other place after paying. I told him I purchase this custom built from Fuwell and did a paid diagnostic. He repeated “not happy go other place”. Only made my blood boil. Ugly face too. He only did an BIOS update. The problem still persist not yet solved. Well, good luck in your future business if this is the way you treat returning customers. Update* Went to somewhere else got a paid diagnostic, in 2hrs the issue found. Stanley is incompetent. Can’t even find what is the problem or don’t bother, you won’t last long in the industry. DONT GET A CUSTOM PC HERE! OR SEND FOR DIAGNOSIS.

I regretted immediately after buying a built up computer from them. I can feel the “dishonesty” when the sales add up the cost which is a thousand higher than on paper!! When I ask him to calculate again, he say it was a mistake. When I ask him if the New price he calculated include the additional extra hard drive cost that I want to add he say “No”. Then I calculated the price myself in front of him and found that it was already included... Since just want to buy the desktop by today I still agree to buy, which I still regretted that decision made on impulse. Then when collecting the Pc, Since I want to check if the specifications and hardware built are correct with the parts I bought. The technician uncle seems very impatient for me to check, I can feel the “arrogance” and “look down” attitude. I have never bought a new computer for years so I may take a little more time to check. I buy something cannot even check? Why give me a impatient and give me a “I should not check so detail look?” This kind of customer service ... Well I think will consider buying computer else where next time. Really disappointed with sim Lim square shops. Got some Kena scam experience there too. Haiz
